"I've been with this company for almost 2 years. I have mastered the art and skills that's needed to successfully move forward in a company, but I am under paid like crazy. I only make $8.30 an hour, my self worth is more than what they pay me. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with the company, but paying sucks."
