"I've worked for SouthernStates for 3 and a half months. The greatest aspect of this small company is how the company divided the workforce into sections. For example, design engineer in one building while manufacturing and production in a different building. But realistically in the long term, this would hone my skills as I can switch between department. The minor drawback to this process is how organize the shipping and handling facility can be."
