Southern Specialties Employee

"Southern Specialties was a great company to work for. Management was sometimes a little inefficient, but overall they treat employees well. The workload was inconsistent from day to day, some days would be busy beyond belief and other days were slow with nothing to do. The only major issue with management and employment at Southern Specialties was the lack of employee evaluations and raises based on performance. In almost 3 years of employment there I never got an evaluation or raise in pay. With a little more focus on employees' needs this company could be an even better place to work for."
