"I worked for Southern Oregon Aspire for approximately one year, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. It was fulfilling and had its perks but was also stressful and hectic. There was certain chaos inherent to much of the work because many of the supported individuals were violent at times. There was high turnover at this job even among management which lent an additional feeling of chaos to the environment. This may sound negative but overall I think it was a good job. Most employees did there best to support the individuals we cared for and the hours were good too."
