4.7I have almost 3 years of industry experience out of which I have a 2 years of experience in Cisco networking environment like Routing, Switching, VoIP and Cisco Unified Communication products. I have worked on migrating some sites from legacy to SIP. We have migrated around 1200 remote sites to CUCM. Also, did a transition from solution side to support side.
I have also provided telephonic support related to networking or connectivity issues and was available for On-Call after hours support CUCM, CUC, SBC (Session border Controller which controls the border of telephony servers), SBE( Session Border Express which expresses the controlled packets out) and any change windows in enterprise wide. Responsible for working with Cisco TAC (Cisco Technical Assistance where we open tickets if we have any issue) on various issues in the infrastructure.
