"I worked at Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits for about a year. It was a fine position as it started early enough where I could continue to coach football. However, the company restructured and had to put employees in different positions. The position they assigned me to was not inline with what I was previously doing and did not work with my schedule. Overall it was a fun place to work but was just not the right fit for me."

"I have worked for Southern Glazers since 2011. I have mostly enjoyed my time there. The pay is fair to good, the people you work with are great. Structurally it can leave a bit to be desired as there are constant changes you have to adapt to at a moment's notice. Working in the operations side is tough, there really is no work-life balance. You are expected to complete the caseloads daily no matter what. This leaves a lot of 16,17, 18 hour days during peak season. Great hours for a single person with no family, but if you have a partner or kids I would not suggest working in operations at this company."
