"I worked for Southeastern for over 10 years. It is a family owned company that was experiencing excellent growth. My positions were all in sales or leadership. Initially this company truly valued it's sales and leadership. The company suddenly changed for the worse when family ownership went from father to son. Hourly employees continued to be treated with the utmost respect as the ownership feared unionization. Salaried management and sales employees began to be micro managed and motivated by fear tactics. A great place for hourly drivers and dock workers but don't expect anything but micro management and intimidation otherwise."
