"I liked being able to work with voltage testers and I also got to work with family."

"I really didn't like a few of the engineers there that thought they were better then everyone."

"They need more technical training for the Jr. Engineers because I was always left trying to teach myself everything. I did like some of the classes."

"Be honest about your abilities. If you are truley qualified for the avalible postion you will be considered. Relax and be your self."
What don't you like about working at SOURIAU PA&E?
"As the economy became unstable, Souriau saw the need to downsize. I was one of the people who lost their jobs during this time. Other than that I enjoyed working for the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If possible, when someone is loosing their job, give them some warning so loose ends can be tied up and comunication can take place as to the status of projects or work assingments."
