"It is very important to act the part and fit in. Although they are a public company i've had many qualified and good people on my team pushed out because they weren't a social fit."

What don't you like about working at Sourcefire?

"Some management is awful. Especially dislike some of Human Resources as they go back on their word often"

"Leadership training for your managers and directors. Show people you care rather then just saying it."

"If you have what it takes and you can really deliver you can work here. If you don't, they will fire you before your feet ever touch the ground."
