"I have worked for source for over 10 years. This once was a company that cared for the employees and their families. With high turnover in all positions this is simply just a job. The LA area gets a new manager every 6 months. The managers put in this position have no spine and are scared of upper management. This once was a company I would highly recommend but not anymore. If you have any experience, and I mean any, do not come to work here. There are much better companies to work for. High turnover, low wages, and poor management all equal a bad environment."
