"There were a few people on my team who truly pitched in helped at crunch times. Among this small group in the QA and development department we supported each other without the support of management"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you interview and are upbeat and promise that you are willing to do what it take and willing to accept the salary the salary that they offer you then..... you should get the job. This is a good company with not all bad people but it tolerates some really bad apples that runs the good people out. I would think before I would relocate my family for this company"

What don't you like about working at Source Medical Solutions?

"The management tended to be less knowledgeable than staff. The QA manager did not know how to develop scrips. Other managers required unreasonable overtime. I also saw an individual on temporary work visa forced to sign ridiculous documentation accepting responsiblity for errors in software that were not his fault and really belonged on the shoulders of the manager."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management become familiar with the departments they supervise and first and foremost begin to take responsibility to their actions."
