"Kindly take this in stride, just being honest: The owner was a hot head. He was a loose canon and would not hesitate to yell and swear at any employee in the presence of others. This was a very difficult aspect of the job as this was the nature of the leadership from the top down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the corporate environment by moving from a punitive enforcement mentality to a positive motivation environment. There is was a very high turn over rate even before the big lay offs occurred due to the sluggish housing industry."
