"Liked the personal Freedom, Managed my own department, Reported to GM and Owner once a week. Was successful turning around the service department in terms of infra structure, customer satisfaction and profit. Liked the balance of being out in the field meeting clients and also spending time in the office."

"Infrastructure of Sales department was not solid. Lack of quick upper management decisions / response in terms of sales and customer follow up. Communication was at times poor."

"Be more assertive in terms of managing overhead and personal. Reward and compensate employees accordingly. Hold employees responsible for their work - success and failure."
