"the compensation plan for sales people; no understanding of how to be a sales organization; sales people treated as second class; no training for new sales people; too many chiefs - no leader; the Operations manager was clueless about many aspects of running a business; the owner needed to step aside and apoint a leader; much need for process improvement but no direction or leadership or priorty to make it happen"
