"They give great education opportunities, but they play favoritism and have bad communications. They deal with a variety of different work so you will always be challenged"

"Bad communication between foremans and installers. Certain foremans played favoritism"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat everyone equally and give everyone the chance to show what they can do. Have better communication between coworkers and installers"
