"I have worked at Sorcity for many years and love hearing from clients that we exceeded their expectations. It means we are doing things right, which isn’t always easy but as a team we make it happen and cover each other so the client loves us. It is a career move I made because it has great variety and is in the professional services space, which is never boring. I wasn’t surprised when I got inside and have been happy this is an honest employer. No company is perfect, but the integrity of management, the no-politics environment, and doing good for everyone we talk with, is personally rewarding and I feel great about what I do. I have worked in other environments that have hidden agendas, politics, and a lot of uncertainty, but with this company you know where you stand, so you’re never guessing or worrying. Someone looking for just a job may not like it and someone looking to coast or not perform will stand out, but for any other person who is looking for a professional career and wants to contribute to success, I recommend Sorcity."
