"A lot of ex-work mates are looking for new opportunities due to they were fired in the new re-structure of the company. So, they can be so sensitives at this time. So, if you really dont have a real expectation to them, it would be better to avoid interviewing them."

What don't you like about working at Sony Mobile?

"Nothing, I was a personal decision to quit working for them some few months ago. But unfortunately for them I want to change my residential to the U.S.A."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nowadays the company is suffering a deep transformation at all levels. Seems to be top management already took important decisions with regards this."
