"PlayStation is a great company, brand, and was certainly the best place to work. As with big organizations, there are going to be corporate politics. Despite all of this, for many years we've been able to keep a healthy, fun, and exciting workplace. Unfortunately, due to recent changes with management and bringing in new people, the culture has changed making it more of a dog-eat-dog environment with new management (from the outside) not seeing value with the "veterans" of the company... bringing in new, young talent with little-to-no experience."
