"Sony DADC was a fine place to work at. The teams are small so you get to know everybody pretty well. The schedules are flexible, so there is no one on top of you all the time. But the Project Manager and the BAs mean serious business. You're expected to work fast, efficient, and learn independently quickly. If you don't have the ability to learn with little to no help and expect someone to hold your hand, then this place is definitely not for you. If you can do that and finish your work when it's expected, then you should be fine."
"I have been working by Sony for 2 years. I think, that senior management is very poor. There is a lot of miscommunication with leads to work being done over and over again."
"I've worked for Sony DADC since 2006. Very interesting mix of Austrian, American and Japanese culture in one company."
"I've worked at Sony DADC since 2009, it's a very friendly environment. The company offers a great package with great benefits and I am even able to work from home 1 day a week."
"I've worked for Sony DADC for almost a year. Its a nice company. I like to work in my team. Video Processing is very specific areay, which you can't get grasp right away. So that was challenging for me to learn. Other than that, I got my experience in Linux (deploying applications in linux environment), finding processes.Benefits were OK, it was a lot of bureaucracy to enroll in them."
