"I’ve been with Sono Bello for 3 months now. They have extremely strong work ethics but lack of structure because we have no managers to manage at the moment. Efficiency isn’t amazing but they are striving for it more and more everyday. There’s a lot of communication between the front desk and the back operating team. They lack appreciation."
