What don't you like about working at Sonic Foundry?

"Nobody took anything seriously. Probably why they had to lay off 75 people four days before Christmas in 2000."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire competent professionals, clean house, get rid of the hippies, and all the hippie mentality. Become a BUSINESS."
