What don't you like about working at Sonic Drive-In?

"for three months every year you work almost 100hr weeks because of the seasons..winter is slow months at sonic so you really have to watch the labor dollars during those months.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of your guest like you would your best friend.Make them feel welcome so they come back.Always make a new friend with your guest they are sure to come back again..And watch your controlables bottomline profits make a successful business"
