"Owner of company would throw loud tantrums, running through the office and plant screaming that he was going to fire everyone. The employees called him a lunatic. Mostly Indians. No benefits. Very low pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Owner needs to sell the company and get out of the facility completely."
