"I liked how it didn't feel like work. You got to talk to people all day. And you could talk to your co-workers when it was slow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be excited. They want people who are very friendly and personable. They want people who can strike up a conversation with anyone and be excited about selling, but not too domineering."
What don't you like about working at Soma Intimates?
"The pay is pretty low. And the awkwardness of gathering personal information from people when they shop and calling them at home to try and set up appointments for people to come shop. It is intrusive and it is an awkward promotional tactic."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would use different marketing tactics. Less intursive techniques. More print and tv ads and maybe some women's benefit events. Like since we sell bras, do like breast cancer awareness events. Less, email and calling people at home."
