"I've really enjoyed working at SolutionStream. They have a lot of fun activities throughout the year to reward their employees. Since many of us are contracted out, there isn't a lot of social gains from the employees at work, but you can still get that from the contracting office."

"The world of consulting is a difficult one. Make sure you want to be a consultant (ie self starter, hard worker, ask lots of questions) before deciding to step into SolutionStream."

What don't you like about working at SolutionStream?

"Sometimes you can be left alone with a difficult client or moved to work for a difficult client for a period of time. Can be very challenging."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think I would pretty much do the same things that they are doing right now. I would git rid of the idea that we can sell our resource management technology."

"Opportunity to work on really cool projects ranging from mobile to cloud based applications."

"Be clear about what kind of projects you're willing to work on. Communication skills and the ability to build a good relationship with customers is highly valuable."

"Consulting can be a bit chaotic at times and having to keep track of hours can be annoying to some people."

"For go getters there's always room for growth and career improvement. However, it's not always clear to new consultants what the career path is."
