Unfortunately, the last year has seen an increase in senior turnover and it's getting political. Overall: great learning experience for both sides of agency life."

"Little consideration for employees lives at all. The planning and change order process are nonexistent, and teams get run over by client demands."

"Trust you employees, they do the work. By eliminating dissenting voices you create a void of mediocrity making quality suffer, and missing major market opportunities."

"I enjoyed every aspect of Haggin Marketing, but I missed living in Southern California where I am from so I moved back."

"It was a great company with great growth potential and I believe it was growing too fast. I left at a good time because it was a good time to change."

"There is very high turn over there. Its important to ask a lot of questions about the colleagues you would be working with."

"The culture was overly personal and not focus on achieving for the client. There were people who had been there a long time that we disruptive and inhibited constructive problem solving, but were giving a lot of accomadation."

"I think they need stronger leader ship at the top. With a clear vision of who the agency is, and how to serve their client."
