Unfortunately, the last year has seen an increase in senior turnover and it's getting political. Overall: great learning experience for both sides of agency life."

"Trust you employees, they do the work. By eliminating dissenting voices you create a void of mediocrity making quality suffer, and missing major market opportunities."

"The culture was overly personal and not focus on achieving for the client. There were people who had been there a long time that we disruptive and inhibited constructive problem solving, but were giving a lot of accomadation."
