What do you like about working at Sprint?
"I like the positive atmosphere and how incredibly smart my coworkers are. The management is empowering and feedback leaves me feeling more like I can do my job and less like I am a failure than any other place I've ever worked."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself, be relaxed and bring ideas as to how you can contribute from day one. Make mention of the skills that you see that the company needs and how you can make a difference. Bring examples of where you've gone the extra mile to make something happen at a company you were at previously, and don't be afraid to do the same when you get hired."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Right now, it's hard with our network being built out so we are in the throes of that, and it is a challenge to work around that when I don't have any control over it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep looking to the people on your team to help you to manage headwinds and tailwinds. The reps at the lowest levels hear the most from our customers and that is where we will make a difference."

"Great friendly people. Not just typical smart silicon valley type, but nice and kind in nature. Great products with real future and growth."

"Do not come across as individualistic and arrogant. Don't fluff over details. Provide solid examples. If on-site, use the white boards to illustrate if technical positions."
What don't you like about working at MuleSoft?
"Like any high growth startup, work life can be hectic and disorganized at times."

"Focus on the products and long-term, sustainable win-win (customer & us) growth plans."

"there are many people with old concepts that dont let the company grow"

"they need to change the strategy of sales. And they need to train much better their sales force in something I considered a technological approach in consultancy."

"My teamates are very business oriented and they are true professionals. Flexible and also they are team players. I have a great Manager as as well"

"Yes, make sure you can answer most of the questions about the job description"

"Too many meetings. Sometimes I have so many meetings I have to attend during the day that slows me down a little on my jobs."

"Reduce the amount meetings per day. because some of them are waste of time"

"nothing in purticular. May be the building we are in wasn't up to the mark."

"It used to be stable, but not anymore. They cut jobs without any thought of their loyal employees."

"Interview somewhere else... RUN. You will be nothing but a number and they will use you up and throw you away."

"There is no job security. You are just a number. The CEO spouts off that people are its greatest asset. Bull****. They don't care about their people."

"Stop the rolling RIF. Train your current people rather than cut experienced and qualified people just to promote turnover."

"it's a small company, so you get to wear multiple hats, which I like. If you do a great job, everyone in the company will know it because it's such a small company."

"It's a great place to start, and get some experience under the belt. The company has an immense amount of potential, and I really hope that they do well."
What don't you like about working at Synactive?
"I feel like the management can do a lot better. Some members of the management team are so confused, and don't know much about the products at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you need quality work, you need to pay people. Certain technical teams like QA should be managed by a technical person, and not someone who is completely clueless about the products that are in the company. I feel like 10% of the managers do 90% of the work in this company."

"I get the opportunity to work on several types of projects and gain experience in lots of things."

"Be confident and believe you can learn anything you take on."

"I am not equipped to focus and grow in any area. There are too many types of jobs I end up working on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe Norlem could be a lot leaner company if it would focus on a more specific niche in IT. There are too many services we offer to be 100% excellent at all of them."
