"Get everything in writing and watch out for anything you sign."
What don't you like about working at NetCracker?
"There is an air of arrogance among management and in the corporate culture. Back stabbing and empty promises are a constant in both work and career development."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on the organizational culture and establish a fair working environment that rewards those who follow and exemplify corporate values. Rehire all your HR staff, as they are useless."

"Had a lot of good opportunities to work with technical opportunities."

"Be prepared to answer some technical questions, but more geared to what they feel about you and if you will fit in to the GE way."
What don't you like about working at General Electric?
"Was more and more paperwork. My job substantially changed 4 times in 2 years. Change for change sake was always a problem."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to improve workflow. No attention to the company as a whole, decisions were made as a silo and that creates so many problems for a complete IT management."

"Understand well the competitio in 2 fronts: Enterprise Data Warehouse (IBM, Oracle) and the DW Appliances (Netezza, DATAllegro)"

"Technology is a difficult sell due to price and required vision from C-Level"

"Use better your assets. Rotation could help."

"I have never found a company with as many absolutely top-notch technical people. Their strong relationship as Microsoft's #1 CRM partner provided a great partnership."

"If you are the best in the field, this is the company for you."

"The Spokane office is the poor stepchild to the main office in Bellevue and doesn't get the good projects."

"Build better infrastructure and policies to support distributed teams to make better use of the great people you have in satellite offices."

"Working as a consultant for a Microsoft Partner allows you to really grow technically."
What do you like about working at Ensynch?
"I enjoyed the diversity of projects that we were on and the ability to be the architect and engineer on the projects I was working on."
What don't you like about working at Ensynch?
"60+% Travel. I was never home the last 6 months I worked there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Matching the skillsets of the engineers better to the work that needs to get done. There are cases where I was sent to perform infrastructure tasks for customers, which I was not especially qualified for where I knew there was someone better suited for the task."
