"The best part of the job is the feeling your customers have towards you and the services your company provides for them when their expectations are met or exceeded. There is gratification when your customer feels like they know you have their back and are able to step in and help them achieve their goals. This is a building of a great partnership. This position always strives towards building the "partnerships" with the customer, which is always better for long term business. The unpleasant side of the job is when you don't have a good working relationship with your customer, because either they did not clearly understand the services you perform or they purchased, or they have a different agenda they want to achieve and not pay for it, or simply don't care and just want to treat you like they own you. This is not a partnership and unless you can work harder to change the mindset, it will never become one."
