"There is a good relationship between my teammates and my lead. The projects are varied and I have learned a lot during my stay here. They are always encouraging us to bring new tools or processes to the limelight and put them to use. I have always been compensated fairly in time and pay, have referred many people to this company and will continue to do so."

"I cannot recommend Soltech to anybody. They horribly underestimated projects to get the business and spend way too much time interpreting requirements so they can claim the project is correct, when it is not usable in the real world. Then comes all the time spent finding blame. Ultimately they don't care about anything but billing hours. Don't believe anything management tells you. Just look at the extreme turn-over for developer roles. If politics is your thing, maybe Soltech is for you."
