"This events production and museum fabrication company has lofty ambitions of industry excellence, but has neither the knowledgeable sales staff, experienced/skilled personnel nor operational resources to produce and sustain a solid team base. Mired in successive change management strategies, mass layoffs and managerial agency problems, this company is probably not for you if you are a team player looking for or are pursuing leadership, exciting collaborations and accelerated career growth. There is no team-building culture here for an industry that must have honesty, transparency and trust along with a healthy dose of maturity to survive."
