What do you like about working at Solid Cactus?
"Great People. was a great place to work, but since I worked there they were bought out by Dot.com. I have heard things have changed. Solid Cactus was rated one of the top 50 places to work for in PA. Management was the best I've worked for."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great place to work."
What don't you like about working at Solid Cactus?
"Nothing. But I wish the stock market crash didn't have such a negative impact on them. My layoff was part of the company's plan to stay afloat until they were bought out. They couldn't make payroll and started letting go groups of people and restructuring the department the best they could to stay afloat."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At his point, I don't know the new managment nor how they are running things, so I don't have any suggestions."
