"I have worked for Solera for almost a year and the team that was I was hired onto has never been properly led or handled. Although I personally found success within the team by honing my skills and finding a niche project to focus on, the team as a whole is unorganized and mismanaged. With all the recent turn over within the company, it makes it difficult to trust what you are being told as to what the vision is for success."
