"I'd recommend anyone applying to the company to talk with as many people as you can inside and also people who have recently left. It's a tough environment and Sole Technology is struggling. Good people work there and it's hard to see them struggle."

"I worked for Sole Tech for 5 years and ultimately felt unstable and insecure the whole time since the company went through multiple rounds of layoffs. The turnover rate was insanely high and the efficiency of the the company and its employees is appalling. There are some really good people there but the leadership needs to set an example to the employees of how to be creative yet efficient with time and communication."
