The pay is good, and the benefits are good if you can get hired on fulltime from the temp agency. Which takes me to the biggest negative item I can think of. Solar Turbines will keep people on as temps for 2-4 years, yes... years, before making any kind of decision as to hire them as full-time regular employees or not."
