"I liked the feeling of making a positive impact on our society through the development of solar systems. I also enjoyed the sense of satisfaction when troubleshooting and correcting issues on site."

What don't you like about working at Sun Edison?

"I didn't feel that there was room to grow within the company. I also felt that decisions were being made by unqualified employees and there was an overall lack of communication within the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When decisions are being made, everyone involved must be informed and the consequences discussed."
