"Smart co workers. Decent to good benefits (especially 401k matching). A good client means a good work experience."

"Too much emphasis on Enterprise software such as SharePoint, BizTalk, etc. Application development has been marginalized in the last year or so."

"Don't immediately dismiss smaller markets. We have essentially failed at moving beyond staff augmentation, and it hurts our ATO numbers."
