"The company has a positive image with the community for the most part. The systems that I was provided to accomplish my job were hit and miss. The first and last systems were good."

"Being a very large corporation, choose your career strategy carefully. Don't think any detail is irrelevant."

"There was a lot of pressure to perform, even though I was outperforming many of my peers."

"They would benefit greatly from corporate wide training to improve mid management relations with engineers."

"No. It's changed to much since I worked there."

"They had some managers that brought in their own people and removed quality people from their positions. These folks no longer work at Ancestry so it's now a comfortable place to work."

"The main management team has been completely changed. I cannot provide an educated suggestion."

"The working atmosphere is good. The health care benefit is okay. Opportunities to travel is the best."

"NCR is good company for experience gaining, not for a long term job. Also a good company to be in for fresh graduates."

"Compensation is very poor considering that I, myself is an experienced employee when I applied here. Career growth also is low."

"Reorganized the structure and give significant importance to software QA team not only focusing on giving much importance to the developers because QA's have equal importance in the SW life cycle."
