What do you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"I enjoyed working with the defense systems because I basically got to work with the same systems I work with when I was in the U.S. Navy, but in a design capacity... every day presented a new challenge."

"Yes, ask the following questions: What are the responsibilities of this position? Who do I report to? Are there advancement opportunities with this position? What kind of person are you looking for to fill this position?"

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Since it's the defense industry, it's very demanding. You could be called into the office at a moment's notice for builds and lab deployments or called away to fly out to a ship to deploy or support applications. This put a damper on family life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they reward workers accordingly... There were times where I felt like I was being taken advantage of..."
