"Good Technology, poorly managed at the Federal Office level. Also, like many small companies, the corporate HQ has a different marketing plan and product focus than the federal office. This causes many conflicts on a tactical and strategic level."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be Careful. New management (6/2009) has turned over 75% of federal team to bring in their friends."

What don't you like about working at Software Guidance & Assistance?

"Not making investment commitments to become federally certified. companies have to be federally certified, FIPS, Common Criteria, etc. before the products can be installed on government devices. This certification process costs over $100,000 and is a pre-requisite to sell."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend the money to become federally certified."
