We sometimes have the ability to change bad things before they happen, but other times we're told what needs to be done and it isn't open for discussion.Overall, working with computers is both satisfying and humbling. They never talk back and always do exactly what we tell them."

"Growth is very low and if there are some opportunities we can't apply in most cases."

"They need to consider the people career path for each associate."

"The people and my own experience have been great, however the culture and workplace environment is lacking."

"Since work is thin with little prospect of getting more lately along with layoffs, there are not interviews forthcoming at my place of employment."

"Well, it does not seem as if there is room for growth, much less a beneficial work environment, currently."

"They need to have a better understanding of the work that we have performed and instill a better work environment that is inspiring."

"There is too much politics, and a slow promotion track. I am working as a PM, but my title isn't PM."

"Have less politics, keep good employees, and speed up promotion for excellent employees."
