"That all depends. I believe I'm very blessed to have the salary that I do, and think it's great. I believe I'm a good developer -- There are other developers who earn more, but just because there are some others in the field who earn more doesn't mean that my compensation isn't very generous for the amount of work I do. There are many many people in the world who work longer, harder hours at a fraction of the pay."
