"Be prepared for difficult technical interviews with detailed questions about many different technologies. Experience is also a big plus."

"Higher positions do not share information with rest of team. Workers do not know the goals of the team/company leaders."

"Higher managers should get involved with their teams more. They should present their ideas and goals to the team so everyone can be on the same page."
