"Definitely a young and fun atmosphere, but a lot of first time managers who aren't prepared yet to be managing people. Leadership is very transparent. Laid back offices and great work/life balance. At times the different teams and branches don't feel very cohesive, which can be difficult for employees who work across multiple lines of business. Pay is fair, but be prepared to earn significantly less than your peers if you live in one of the office locations deemed "cheaper" (Austin and Cleveland)."
