"I have established myself as a leader at my agency. This allows me to have a good degree of flexibility and control regarding the program I coordinate. Good Shepherd is true to it's mission and this is reflected in the care our participants and former participants receive."

"Being proactive regarding service delivery is essential. It is important to establish good programming to prevent operating in a reactionary/crisis oriented way."
