"Going out and meeting new and current clients. They had a great idea but just the wrong time for the staffing industry."

What don't you like about working at Snelling Staffing?

"No Structure. I went to Savannah for a week for Training. I was told that is was really in depth and would really help me prosper in the Staffing Industry. Well, I left there scratching my head No Processes in Place, No Training, No Clear Goals, No Direction!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sell before you loose everything. David West was a General Manager in Greenville and was the nicest guy I have ever met and I just hope that company dont take him down."
