"SNC-Lavalin is layed back but still strong on the business side inorder to keep thier clients happy, and their contracts renewed. Good Learning experience. They always put safety first."

"Make sure you ask for double your pay. So atleast they would meet you in the middle."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please review your current employees and acknowledge the ones with a higher level of learning. Experience and Education go hand and hand but Education should be at the top of the list."
