"A typical work day for me was grueling, unappreciated labor caused by lack of commitment from management. Simple tasks were often exacerbated since there was typically no effort from leaders and management to reduce inefficiency and intensity. I was cussed at and threatened on several occasions by co-workers, management, or operation leaders. These were not isolated incidents, but rather happened continually throughout my employment. The social culture implemented by management was strictly one-sided, whereby social demands were just as grueling as the labor. There were typically no social diversity values expressed by management. Management was generally ignorant of the social diversity that exists between employees and the ongoing social changes in individuals. Interpersonal relationships were somewhat forced, and unwillingness of employees to participate in them produced hostility within management."
