"I have worked at Snap! Raise since 2016. Snap! Raise is of a kind company where the focus is on helping the client and the community while building up their employees. At Snap! Raise you are in charge of yourself, there is no micromanaging they really let you build your territory and book of business how you like. The work environment is amazing and so are all the higher-ups. You control 100% of your territory and how it is run. The one negative I would say is that once your training is done you are completely on your own. You are responsible for creating your own leads, running the entire sales lifecycle, and then maintaining the relationships with all of your clients. It is great that you get to control everything but sometimes it can be hard to focus on certain aspects when you have your hands tied up in every aspect. Overall the company and job are great. You want to work for Snap! Raise if you are extremely self-motivated, enjoy being the front-facing person of your business, and are driven."
