What do you like about working at SnagAJob?

"The people especially I feel like almost everyone I work with is a really good friend. We certainly work hard but we also play hard. We have beer taps downstairs for long days. I like just about everything at Snagajob we certainly have our share of issues but overall I love it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and come prepared. Culture means everything at Snagajob. But we also want bright people willing to jump in and learn anything."

What don't you like about working at SnagAJob?

"Difficult to stand out unless you work on certain projects. Certain projects don't get the attention as the rest so its hard to get attention and respect on the smaller projects. Also like I said as engineers we are able to be very innovative and do what we want which is great but can sometimes cause headaches for other people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not a ton there are a few things we should collaborate on more instead of just solve but overall we do well."

"The culture, it is very unique and fun with some kind of event or party or office game always in the works."

"Be smart, be personable, and know exactly what position you want to apply for as there are a lot."

What don't you like about working at SnagAJob?

"The culture, there is often so much going on that it is hard to focus or do work and usually it results in being pulled in multiple directions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Culture is good to have, but not at the cost of decreased or prolonged product production."
